This program was held at Bara Shigri Glacier in Lahaul & Spiti (Himachal Pradesh) from 4 August to 27 August 2015. In this program, I learned teamwork, leadership, communication, ethics & integrity, tolerance threshold, safety, mountaineering specific competencies, high altitute fitness, and mountain disaster management.
